iDatabase keeps all the databases files inside special folders of Application Support folder which is content in the Library folder.

Please note that some versions of macOS hide the Library folder by default in Finder, so use the “Go” menu when you are in the Finder to show Library (f you don't see the item "Library", try to press and old the Option key, or the Shift key).

Anyway, the easier way to obtain a copy of a database file is to use the contextual menu on the database file on the "Databases" window:
